Because we’re working closely on your goals together, we can look at your current lifestyle to see what works, what you enjoy and what we can add to make your day to day actions work for you.

You’ll have access to support when you need it, so those tricky weeks that knock you for six needn’t knock you off course completely. Flares and fatigue are the two main reasons for derailing our progress, but we can work through it together, so you can feel stronger for longer.

Online coaching allows you the freedom to move how you choose with the guidance and support of a pocket PT. You’ll never have to worry about what to do in the gym again, or try to work out whether you should do cardio or weights – leave that to me! And because I’m just a DM away, we can work through any challenges that your health or lifestyle throw your way.

What is included

Personalised nutrition plan – no fad concepts and no banned foods. Just education based on science so you can always make informed decisions around fueling your movement

Workouts that work for you – no arduous cardio sets (unless that is what you’d like..), no crippling gym sessions…infact, you don’t even need a gym membership. We work with what you love doing (or what you’d love to do) so exercise isn’t something you dread any more.

Support through the coached by Kate app as well as fortnightly check ins on zoom or facetime will keep you on track, whatever life throws at you.

Ongoing educational workshops uploaded for you to watch in your own time – from managing joint pain and exercise to understanding how your body using food as fuel, these short workshops will help you to make more informed decisions for the rest of your life.
